Summary
Winnita: Scooter Log does not collect, transmit or share any personal data. The app has no servers, no analytics, no advertising SDKs and no third-party code that talks to the internet. It makes no network requests at all.
Data stored on your device
Your scooter's details, fuel and service entries, expenses, maintenance intervals and document expiry dates are stored only in the app's local storage on your iPhone. They are included in your regular iCloud or iTunes device backup if you have backups enabled, and they are removed when you delete the app or use Settings → Erase everything.
Apple Intelligence
On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, the Ask Winnita screen may generate its answer with Apple's on-device Foundation Models. This processing happens on the device under Apple's privacy terms; the app does not send your question, your entries or anything else to any service. On other iPhones the answer comes from a symptom guide built into the app.
Permissions
The app asks for no system permissions: no location, no camera, no contacts, no notifications, no tracking.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no data from anyone.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with an updated effective date.
